Ok, so I know many of you may not read this or may not care, but I wanted to do this in case it helps just ONE person have an open mind.  My main goal is to educate those who don't know anything about the breed, and give reasons why APBT's are NOT for the average owner (and hence why so many problems with them have arose).  And yes, I wrote this all myself b/c I'm at home w/ a cold and have too much time on my hands ;)

For you folks in Tennessee a bill has been submitted to make it illegal to own a pit bull. Red Nose Male with Yellow Eyes and is pick of the litter. The Dog is one pure colour. This is an extremely reluctant sale due to a new tenancy agreement. The puppy is almost 6 months old and is very loving and would obviously also make an excellent guard dog. All the jabs have been given and the dog is also microchipped. This is a pure bred APBT and I would recommend only experienced owners to handle. A good home would be much appreciated. The dog is a descendent from the Ed Reid Line and has been bred for its large size and not for its fighting capabilitys. Any questions please contact me thankyou

For a book written by a man who pretty much mastered and bred your breed to be what it is today?

Yikes, I found Colby's Book of the American Pit Bull Terrier written by him and Diane Jessup that is for sale for .......yikes....$137.

BUT, not only would I love to have it just because, I know my Dad, a true hog dog man would love to have it as well.

I'm just really not the kind of person who gets wrapped up in material things, I really only want to read it but oh this is a toughie.

Its obvioulsy a highly coveted book in my circle of APBT fanciers.......help!
